White Stork Day is celebrated on 31 May. On this occasion, a picnic was held at the Centre for Nature Education in Umianowice. Schools from Kielce, Miąsowa, Wiślica and Młodzaw participated in the event. Children took part in a number of workshops on topics including the white stork, black stork, pollinators, farm animals and fish.
