We were on 15th anniversary of Life in Poland

On 11.01.2024, the LIFE4DELTA project team participated in a LIFE information day organised by the LIFE National Contact Point at the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The event featured speeches from representatives of, among others: The European Executive Agency for Climate, Infrastructure and Environment (CINEA), the Ministry of Climate and Environment and the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW), who presented the opportunities offered by the LIFE Program. The effects of 15 years of NFOŚiGW’s involvement in the LIFE program were presented, including the ecological effects of the projects, and selected beneficiaries presented in detail their achievements to date. Invited LIFE Beneficiaries received honors and awards in 13 categories. Our team, as a two-time beneficiary, was also recognized in the category of “Landscape Park Most Effectively Benefiting from LIFE Program Funds.” Congratulations and thanks were personally received by the Director of the Complex of Swietokrzyskie and Nadnidziański Landscape Parks in Kielce, Mr. Tomasz Halatkiewicz. The effects of our activities could be seen and discussed at an organized stand, where information and promotional materials about the project were prepared. Participation in the LIFE Information Day was also an opportunity to exchange experiences with other beneficiaries implementing LIFE projects.
