Lecture on poaching as part of the Life4Delta project.

On November 16, The Nature Education Center in Umianowice was visited by a group of students from the Primary School in Kije. As part of the LIFE4DELTA project, a lecture on poaching was organized. Unlawful human actions that negatively affect the natural environment are punishable, the more the public is aware of the damage poaching causes, the fewer of such incidents will occur in the future.

The topic of grass burning, illegal tree felling and driving motor vehicles in environmentally valuable habitats was also discussed. The guest of our meeting was Mr. Marek Ciszowski from the Hunting Circle no. 2 St. Our guest speaker at the meeting was Mr Marek Ciszowski from St. Hubert’s Hunting Circle No. 2 in Pińczów, who introduced the participants to who a hunter is, what hunting law is and what game is found in the inland delta.
