Wiosennych warsztatów ciąg dalszy

On 17 and 19 May, scouts from the Primary School in Pińczów and another group of students from the Primary School in Brzeziny visited Umianowice. This week was especially important for the LIFE4DELTA project due to the European Natura 2000 Day on 21 May. Therefore, the meetings discussed the objectives and significance of Natura 2000 sites and the achievements of countries striving to maintain certain types of natural habitats and species of plants and animals. Natura 2000 areas are the only one of ten forms of nature protection in Poland, and this year’s festival is an excellent excuse to get to know valuable natural areas, which are also located, among others, in the area of our project?
